Welcome to IBSclinic.org.au

IBSclinic.org.au is a free online mental health service offering information, assessment, and a structured treatment program ("eTherapy") for individuals with IBS and associated psychological distress. This website and its intervention program is free and available to all individuals with IBS and also any health provider to use with their patients.

The IBS-focused psychological treatment program includes:

  • Stress management with a mindfulness focus
  • Strategies to identify and address IBS associated anxiety and depression symptoms
  • Sleep and pain management strategies
  • Strategies to identify and address psychological patterns known to impact IBS symptoms
